Load winch

Albatros load winches are used for lifting and pulling loads. They are mainly used in hydroelectric power stations for the installation of pressurised pipelines. Albatros builds load transport winches with a cable pulling force of up to 1,400 kN and hoisting speeds of up to 1m/sec. The load transport winches can wind up to 2,000 metres of rope.

Technology

Depending on the requirements, the load transport winches are built using single or double rope technology. State-of-the-art technology is used in the control centres. Systems with visualisation, data recording and voice recording can be implemented at the customer’s request. Thanks to the visualisation, the systems can be diagnosed via a touchscreen.
