Albatros hoisting winches are built and approved in accordance with TAS (hoisting winches, hoisting machines). The hoisting machines are used in mining and shaft sinking.
Albatros builds hoisting machines with a cable pulling force of up to 1,400 kN and a hoisting speed of up to 4m/sec. The hoisting winches can wind up to 2,000 metres of rope. Depending on the requirements, the hoisting winches are built using single-rope or double-rope technology. State-of-the-art technology is used in the control centres.
Systems with visualisation, data recording and voice recording can be implemented at the customer’s request. Thanks to the visualisation, the systems can be diagnosed via a touchscreen.
The hoisting machines are optionally built with a depth indicator. The drive is electric with a frequency converter or hydraulic. When using frequency converters, it is possible to feed electrical energy back into the grid using a regenerative power supply unit.
