The most common area of application here is the construction and rehabilitation of pressurised pipelines at storage power stations.
Albatros builds cable winches with a pulling force of 10 to over 1,000 kN (over 100 tonnes) with a cable length of up to and over 3,000 m.

Maintenance
Albatros systems are always supplied with a modem for remote maintenance. Provided that a telephone or Internet connection is available on site, the downtime in the event of a fault can be minimised. This access can also be used to update control settings online and thus optimise the system according to customer requirements.
